I would give Kaz 50 stars if I could. The quality is absolutely amazing across the board. Ate here two nights in a row. Had the omakase tonight and the chef made some of the most amazing sushi I have ever eaten. The seared fatty salmon belly is probably my favorite piece of sushi. Amazing artistry. This will be my go to spot in DC every time I visit.
