Come here all the time, also the only place I would recommend and go to. I work on my feet and every now and then I like to treat my feet and myself. When I get a pedicure, I go short and get gel. This last trip was not the same. For my pedicure, when all was done, my nails were uneven, not short like I asked for, and when I made it to my car, my nail broke??? A gel polished nail??? I went back inside to get it fixed and the lady did fix it, but I’m still not leaving satisfied.
I'm absolutely livid. I went in for a simple toenail polish change. After she took off all of my current toenail polish. She then proceeds tp tells me that it'll be $30 for a Polish change. Asking if that's okay, I stated I wish I would have known that prior to you taking off all of my polish. So I proceeded to leave. I take full accountability for not asking. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. This was by far the WORST pedicure experience I’ve ever had. The technician had an attitude the entire time, which made the visit uncomfortable from the start. My toes were left uneven and POORLY polished, and the overall quality did not match what I paid for. I chose a deluxe pedicure, but the service felt rushed and careless. My feet were still DRY afterward, and I left completely UNSATISFIED. The nail tech was being funny because I said express, it rush a job, arguing with another nail tech about me not getting a hot towels on my legs! no stars!!
I’ve been going here for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always do an amazing job and treat you like family. Girls is supper nice , quality is consistent every time and the atmosphere is just great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable nail salon.
