I haven't visited this store and furthermore would suggest to Brides that they seek another establishment due to the rudeness of the owner that criticized and humiliated a potential client online. It is unfortunate for this Bride that she was publicly attacked by the Owner.
Wow! Was this place a disappointment! I was excited that a highly rated bridalwear shop was so close to me, especially having been recently engaged. I called the shop to ask about sizes and styles. I was assured that they had multiple dresses in my size and style. The owner even talked me into coming in right away since she was going out of town to a bridal show the next day. Maggie was very nice as I tried on dresses. However I am a little confused. Is this a consignment store? I saw on fb that women were donating their dresses but was told differently in the store. She said all dresses were new. Just curious.
My wife got a beautiful dress and wedding jewelry for a reasonable price. The employee, Maggie, was friendly, funny and helpful. Shop here, but go elsewhere for alterations. We paid $80 to get a bustle put in that did not work. It came apart instantly, and she dragged her dress behind her all night with people stepping on it.
We always go over and beyond for our customers. We are so glad you loved the dress and had the wedding of your dreams. We have replace the old seamstress with one that a lot more knowledgeable.
