If we could give Dr. Kaylen Silverberg and his amazing team of nurses more than 5 stars we would. After struggling with infertility for 4 years, my husband and I made our first consultation with Dr. Silverberg at Texas Fertility Center. I have been a patient of TFC and Dr. Silverberg on and off for the last ten years. I cannot say enough good things about him and the staff. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, encouraging, and quick to respond. As for Dr. Silverberg, he immediately put my husband and I at ease the first time we met him. I have seen Dr Vaughn since late 2018 when trying to conceive at an advanced maternal age. He was great at counseling us on our options, and his staff/office is always extremely efficient. We welcomed our first child, a baby boy, last fall and are now expecting another. Highly recommend even if you are wondering about fertility treatment to have a conversation with Dr Vaughn. I know it can be intimidating but it will make you feel much better about your options. It took a lot of stress off of us after speaking with him.
We had a wonderful experience at Texas Fertility Center. Dr. Silverberg put us at ease from our first consultation and was confident and clear in our treatment plan. Dr. Silverberg's bedside manner is very straight forward, intelligent, and calm - and I felt well-informed throughout the process. His nurses were patient and friendly - and prompt in responding to our questions. Our first treatment cycle was a success and I can't recommend Dr. Silverberg highly enough!
We are very thankful to Dr Vaughn and TFC for helping us meet our baby. Dr Vaughn was professional, chose the best approach to work with our plan, caring and compassionate. The entire staff at TFC was friendly. We are very pleased with overall experience and highly recommend Dr Vaughn.
My husband and I went to dr. Burger for male infertility. There was only one protocol we could do and that was icsi/ivf. After my husband went through his surgery to get swimmers I started ivf. Dr Burger and her nurses were there every step of the way available to ask any and all questions. Because of her we were able to get pregnant with our first frozen embryo transfer. Today was my last appointment with her because I am now graduating to an obgyn for the remainder of my pregnancy. I love dr. Burger. I’m so sad to leave he... read more

I was so scared to start the fertility process but Dr.Vaughn was so welcoming and informative I knew I was in good hands. I'm happy to say that I'll be expecting a little one in December thanks to Dr.Vaughn
