Ms Kayla was professional as well as attentive to my concerns. Trust her completely. Highly recommend her as well as Dr Mooring
Kayla and her clinical staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. The problem in the office is the scheduling staff. If they even answer the phone, they are rude and unhelpful. They act like you're bothering them. I had an October 2025 appointment that I had to reschedule due to an insurance change and was told there were no appointments until May 2026 - 7 months in the future. That's beyond ridiculous. I called again after the holidays to see if an earlier date was open and was rescheduled for April, only one month sooner.... read more
