The girls at the desk were great they were right on top of my eligibility. Every person that worked with me were better than great.I can't express how welcoming and calming everyone and everything was.Thank you for making my unfortunate circumstance a learning experience.

Since the start of becoming a patient either through chiropractic or physical therapy there has always been a sense of compassion and professionalism throughout the staff at Kayal. Especially those in the two New City offices.
This PT location has an amazing staff. They are friendly, personable and professional which makes being here great especially Aldrich is a great therapist. Special stand out to Lisa at the front desk super happy to help and go the distance. Has helped with an issue and is the first face I see coming in. Awesome.
