This is not the practice for you if you desire good patient service and a good patient experience. Since they were acquired by Vantage EyeCare a few years ago, the service level has declined rapidly. They book too many patients, and you end up sitting around being ignored. The front waiting room may look comfortably empty, but they have a second staging area in the back where they park patients like cattle.
