My first appointment was great,I just knew I had found the lash tech for me while I was out of town. My second appointment, however, was the deal breaker. Five minutes before my appointment, I got a text saying it she needed to reschedule. My issue was, why not give me a text earlier? I get things happen,however, two things that rubbed me wrong was the time of the cancellation and the fact she was still gonna try to work on me sick had she felt better. I love my lashes!! Kay did them exactly how I wanted and I received free lunch for being a first time customer. Everything was clean and well sanitized I’m definitely going back for my 3 week fill in!
