I love him he's the best eye doctor because when u go to Walmart my sister just got glasses in her hand in 4 minutes Dr.Kay acually looks you over and gives you a real prescription. I LOVE YOU DR.RICHARD KAY YOUR THE BEST IF THEM ALL!!!!!!
