I think the staff are highly unprofessional and inexperienced and inattentive. They do not seem very educated in the field of jewelry when asked questions about quality, custom design, and appraisal. This is your run of the mill, cookie cutter dime a dozen shop, and a custom jeweler is a way better bang for your buck.
