Sending a big thank you to Maurice for removing an earring with a stuck clasp! I had tried for days to remove it and decided to drop into Kay's. Maurice greeted warmly right away and immediately offered to help. He got the earring out right away at no charge. I didnt expect such great service, esp without making a purchase. Thanks again!
