Nathan was AWESOME! My fiancé and I came in to exchange his ring, and Nathan helped us with the entire process. He also showed us a variety of other rings to choose from as well as help my fiancé find the right size. ! He was very welcoming and friendly to us, we definitely appreciated it.
I never write reviews, literally never. However I wanted to give shout out to this store and their customer service. Especially Lily, she went above and beyond to assist us in a huge problem that we had. She not only helped us but my faith in Kay Jewelers was renewed. Thank you Lily for all you have done!
