In 2020, I purchased an engagement ring from Kay Jewelers. A few weeks ago, we returned to the store to upgrade the ring. We were explicitly told that if we purchased a new ring for at least twice the value of the original ring, we would receive 100% of the original ring’s value as a trade-in credit. We selected a ring that was more than twice the value of the original and placed a deposit on 12/06/25.
