My watch band was to loose for comfort so I went to Kay Jewelers in the mall (Norfolk, Ne) to get a couple links taken out and they did it for free. Employees were professional and super nice. Thanks again for your time and service.
In the almost 8 years I've had my wedding ring, I lost stones and had loose prongs. Kay's always does right and fixes them all beautifully! They're very good about offering other services, too!
