Horrible quality. I have 3 pieces from the open heart collection. My necklace broke while I was standing at a check out and no it was not yanked. My earrings bent like it was nothing. The worse piece is my ring! The silver was flaking off. It looked like I through this thing in acid. We sent it out to get fixed, and when I got out back it was still bad! I was so upset I just took it home and put it in my jewelry box. The ring currently looks like it is a cheap piece of costume jewelry that has been sitting out in the weather... read more
Worst service ever. We have been jerked around from the beginning with the financing 2 years ago. Now, They ruined my ring tightening prongs on my center stone. Then sent it back to be fixed, it came back, after being without it for a month, the same. Now they are ordering me another ring that may not even exisit and were going to charge me to have my stone put in it. I dont think so, especially after they are the ones that ruined it in the first place. I might even call the district manager to get Doug's money and go elsewh... read more
