The Manager is EXTREMELY inconsiderate, unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve had to send my beautiful ring out to have the same thing fixed 4 times in 5 years. 2 of which where 3 months apart, yes there repair lasted 3 months. She said that gold is weak and things happen and that my ring needing repairs 2 times in 3 months is not considered excessive. Although I wasn't able to be helped because of progressive leasing. Sara was absolutely amazing, she did everything she could to try and help. Her customer service skills were some of the best I've seen.
