My wedding set was sent for service before the malls shut down. A few weeks ago my husband was notified that it was back and now it's being held hostage since the location isn't open. My husband has emailed the manager Brandon Wills twice and no response. This is unprofessional and irresponsible to say the least. You took the payment for service yet I'm unable to get the product back. When I asked about reopening, I was given the response of 'I don't know'. This is unacceptable. I want my wedding set back. We came in today to get my ring replated with our lifetime warranty that we have used since buying the ring almost 2 years ago. They told us the warranty was not in their system and to go back to the Kay store we purchased the ring from because someone there messed up. Terrible service and we are very upset with the losing of records and warranties we paid for.
