Id give a zero if I could. An absolute disgrace to medical professionals. Who shuts down their website and phone number without contacting patients?? People who require medication. Put this woman on a list... unacceptable.
Can not get a phone call back after over a week of waiting and leaving messages. Have been without my medication for 3 days now. Absolutely unacceptable
This office absolutely will not answer a call or respond to voicemails. I have attempted to contact this office for over a week on the appointment line and for a refill and have not received a call back. Due to their lack of follow up and careless negligence of my health, i ran out of medication that i need daily. This negligence resulted in having to go to urgent care for medication. I am very disappointed in the lack of care for their existing patients and how i was treated. Steer clear.
