Can not get a phone call back after over a week of waiting and leaving messages. Have been without my medication for 3 days now. Absolutely unacceptable
This office absolutely will not answer a call or respond to voicemails. I have attempted to contact this office for over a week on the appointment line and for a refill and have not received a call back. Due to their lack of follow up and careless negligence of my health, i ran out of medication that i need daily. This negligence resulted in having to go to urgent care for medication. I am very disappointed in the lack of care for their existing patients and how i was treated. Steer clear.
I’m giving th m the benefit of the doubt in assuming they shut down and left all their patients hanging. It’s been months since I last spoke to anyone there, I haven’t been able to fill any of my prescriptions for months, and not a word from my doctor or anyone from that office?
Kay is VERY knowledgeable and experienced treating mental health concerns! I encourage others to check out her practice/services.
