Do not use Kay Cameron to replace watch batteries! I had batteries replaced in three watches in January of this year. Shortly thereafter the Invicta died and needed a new movement which Kay Cameron eventually, reluctantly, paid for. Now the Victorinox developed moisture inside. This watch had never been opened before the battery was replaced as it was only a few years old and as typical Kay Cameron does not want to take any blame for my issue so the new movement in this watch is on me. A HUGE thank you to everyone at Kay Cameron Jewelers, especially Alfred for reassuring both my wife and I that we could trust them to resize both our wedding bands and my wifes engagement ring. After not wearing them for over 10 years because of another jewelers reluctance to resize them due to our stone settings was nonsense and Alfred took the time to both explain and demonstrate why.
