Had an issue with my hot water tank so I called Kawartha Hot Water and after explaining the issue to Dan he had it fixed and ready to go
Dan Tripp, from Kawartha Hotwater Plus, was the 3rd business I contacted after going almost 5 weeks without hot water. After explaining the symtoms of my tankless water heater, Dan diagnosed it over the phone, then had it fixed a few hours later. I should have called him first. I won't make that mistake again! If it wasn't for calling Dan, I was on the path to buying a new unit, which would have cost me thousands of dollars! Thanks again Dan!
Really happy with the service. I had some ongoing problems with my furnace, and they came out on weekends, including a Sunday evening - whenever needed, really. Last fall my hot water failed, and that time they also fixed it quickly and efficiently. They are always very professional and punctual - I will definitely use this business again.
