I called to make an apt and the receptionist says I haven't been seen in 7 years when i just started going here 2 or 3 years ago. I tell her i was just seen not even a year ago. Then she argues with me and says I must have gone to medwell and I was confused. Finally after realizing she was wrong goes to make an apt but says oh I see you are scheduled for a covid test so we cant see you until after that.
