Her staff members are professional and have the ability to be personable all rolled into one I actually look forward to going to the doctor!!There are some places that you enjoy. I can say that this Lemak clinic is one of them. If you have to be in need of a doctor I am sure blessed to have my doctors at Lemak. I had two surgeries on my left foot. Pain has not totally gone away. Went to see another orthopedic surgeon who x-rayed my foot and told me there is a loose screw in my foot which has been causing the pain. I am now scheduled for a third surgery on my left foot to remove the screw. What a horrible and painful experience from 2022 til now. Would not recommend Dr. Iyengar to anyone considering foot surgery.
I’m high risk patient for developing infection due to diabetes and cml leukemia. I underwent surgery last year, and for some reason was not given any post op antibiotics until 2 weeks after the surgery. I attempted to get in touch with her or PA CJ and was only given the run around and basically treated like I wanted only pain meds. I was attempting to let them know concerns of increased drainage and pain. While in office MA appeared incompetent and attempted inappropriate cast wrapping, but thankfully was stopped by CJ. I’m pretty sure she’s a wonderful caring doctor, but nothing stood out to me because, I chose her as my surgeon for my knee replacement and each visit to the LEMAX Prattville location I’ve yet to meet her. I feel that you should be able to at least talk to and be reassured by the doctor who will be performing surgery on you. I asked to speak with her on my last visit an her assistant said they had clinical and would give a call back later and never did. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She REALLY listens. All her staff at the Gardendale location are great!
Every visit has been great. Good explanations for things.
She always provide excellent service and show great concern for her patients.
Dr. Iyengar is an outstanding doctor. She did a wonderful job on my shoulder repair. Very through with her patients. I would highly recommend her!
