Roof + Aluminum Kavanagh came highly recommended. They came promptly to price the work, showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job! We have gardens around our house and we’re worried they’d be crushed, but the crew protected them all! Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Business response:
Thanks very much! Glad you're pleased with the work. - Shaun
Roofing This is the second time in 20 years that I have used their service. On both occasions everyone was extremely polite and helpful and the job was performed quickly and in a first rate manner. They use top materials and take great care in all aspects of the roofing job. I have, and will continue to recommend them.
Business response:
Thanks for the kind words! Happy to hear you're pleased with everything
Roofing We had our shingles replaced in a day. The price was competitive, scheduling was good, and clean up after outstanding.
Business response:
Glad you're pleased with the work! Thanks again
Roof replacement Quoted a good price...showed up on time. Did what they said they would do! Cleaned up completely before they left We picked them because they have been around a while. Not too many companies with this long a track record and an excellent one at that! No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Business response:
Thanks Chris! Much appreciated
Residential roof replacement Kavanagh repaired and replaced our roof in the Markham area in July 2018. They did a very professional job and finished ahead of schedule. Left our property cleaner than when they started. Would definitely recommend them.
Business response:
Thanks!
Roof replacement Poor workmanship. Left garbage in our attic. Roof leaked after repair, had trouble getting them to come back and fix their own mistakes. This is the absolute last company I would ever trust.
Roof repair Had a leak coming in through the bathroom - along with an inspection of the attic and roof, they change the location of the vent, replaced the plywood roof which clearly had water damage. Satisfied with the work, hopefully no repeat issues this winter. They provided good insight to the existing configuration of the roof.
Roof Repair Efficient, friendly, and they did a fantastic job fixing the roof of my parent's house. Very accommodating and great service. Definitely would use them again if anything went wrong with the roof.
Clearing roof of ice Came immediately to give their quote, very friendly and helpful. Stayed to complete the job which involved getting rid of the ice around the eavestroughs. He was extremely efficient. More importantly, problem solved!
