Almost all medical professionals want you back in 6 months and this office is no exception. Except most offices don't send you to collections if you no-show in 6 months. But this one does. Goodbye excellent credit score! Also, my script was wrong and I just wasn't getting used to it so went to another doc who made it right. I shouldn't have been charged for the first appointment and certainly not for a 2nd one I didn't even remember making.
Two of my son's and I have been patients for a few years. Dr. Kautz, Jennifer, and Dan, are friendly and provide great service. We'll be patients for many years to come!
I just had my first visit taking my 5 year old and he was beyond rude. I just wanted to see if my 5 year old was able to see okay and Dr. Kautz was very rude and short form the beginning...he took one look at my son and asked if I jacked him up on Sugar..(.he was very excited to be at the eye doctor), I had told him it would be a positive experience, I told him Wesley had ADHD. Dr. Kautz is a great doctor, I served in the military with him and I wouldn't see anyone else as a civilian. Convenient location and comfortable atmosphere. Always happy with the service my family receives here. Thanks Kautz Optometry!!
