Chad is amazing. They have vegan products if you request them. Everything about the salon was just right. A relaxing and wonderful experience and a great haircut.
Had a Brazilian Blowout done by Jessica this past weekend. Wow! Jessica is a rockstar! She did an outstanding job and I love the results. Smooth, frizz-free, luxurious hair. The owner, Caryn, was awesome and makes the place so warm and inviting. It is just a fun, relaxed, awesome place to get pampered. The best salon in Whatcom County!

I have been going to Cheryl Lervick at Kaur Lounge for several years now and I am consistently impressed with my experience. She is so knowledgeable, listens to her clients’ wishes, and is SUCH a sweet girl! I recommend Cheryl at Kaur Lounge to anyone looking for a hairdresser they can trust.
I went from a boring hairstyle (ho-hum) to a fun cut with sunshine (painted highlights). Chad is a great stylist. Highly recommend.
Terrible costumer service. The owner was extremely flippant and rude to me. My first set of lashes completely came out within two days because of a bad application. When I finally was able to schedule a new set they accused me of doing something wrong to cause the fall out. Then they tried changed my lash fill appt to almost three weeks after my scheduled appt. When I was hesitant to agree she suggested I find a different salon and that it wasn't her fault her employees "up and quit on her." Very unprofessional.
The atmosphere here is so sleek and relaxing. Chad did an amazing cut and style on my hair and was so patient even though I had a lot of hair to cut. I will definitely be going back in the future! :-)
