All I wanted was a certain look, and I was willing to come back for several appointments to make it happen. Instead I left in tears with a bleach test strip in my hair and made an appointment at a better salon 💯💅🏼 everyone I talked to, including the owner of the number one rated salon in Bellingham agrees Kaur lounges owner is a complete jerk!! My first time Sugaring. Malia Gay was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It was more comfortable and less painful then waxing. I will never go back to waxing because of this experience. I couldn't be happier to finally have found a place for maintenance here in Bellingham.

It has been a long time since I left a salon feeling completely satisfied. Emma did an amazing job and talked me through the process of what she was doing. I love the outcome! This was my first of many visits and I felt at home and welcomed by all that were working.
I came in today and was an absolute disaster from a different salon yesterday and not only did they fix it they made me feel absolutely beautiful!!!!! I will be back
