A 3 day grace period before being disconnected is unbelievable. I forgot to pay one month, scheduled the payment for 7 days after the due date and got an email stating that if the payment wasn't received, we could be disconnected. I called and spoke to someone and found out their "grace" period is only 3 days. I understand if it was a few weeks and we forgot to pay, but 7 days?
Swapped from kaukauna utilites to we energies when I moved to appleton. Will never conplain about kaukauna utilities again we energies is absolutely awful.
No one live there for two months and the bills are just as much when someone was living there.
Just received a call from Kaukauna Utilities. They informed me that I have had water running since Tuesday and today is Friday. They suggested the water heater or water softener, but when I checked they were OK. I did hear water running and went outside and found a house slow watering a tree. Without the call it would have gone on a lot longer. While I still have to pay for the water, it could have been a whole lot worse.
The texting alert system has as many glitches as the electricity on kaukaunas' south side.
