Decent service but very quick to apply a late charge for payment that is less than 7 days late. Have some grace...
prices are higher this year. they are making us pay for ai data centers. awful. make the companys pay for their use, not everyone else/
Kaukauna Utilities is awesome to work with. Good rates -great people. Kaukauna area is lucky to have a utility that you can actually call and talk to a person versus going through a computer answering service and then getting shuffled her own to three different people like you do with Wps and We Energies. I have multiple Rental Commercial properties and have dealt with all of them and Kaukauna utilities is by far the best.
The woman at reception with brown hair is very rude and overall horrible attitude
They will respond to this review and safe storms and winds cause the power problems....blaa blah blaa....... more often than not, it's a beautiful calm day on the south side of kaukauna where reliable electricity is not offered.
