They will respond to this review and safe storms and winds cause the power problems....blaa blah blaa....... more often than not, it's a beautiful calm day on the south side of kaukauna where reliable electricity is not offered.

YOU NEED BETTER SYSTEMS IN PLACE FOR WHEN POWER GOES OUT! You have no emergency line, no body you can call and get info from, no estimated time it'll be back on. NOTHING. So now we are sitting here when it's 20 degrees in the middle of a snow storm, no heat and I have my child here! Yet when I walk outside our building is the only one without power!
