Just a horrible experience. I went in for an exam and planned to purchase contacts on my own afterward. When I called to get my prescription, they refused to provide it because I had not tried a brand they were pushing. They told me they would not finalize or release my prescription until I tried that specific lens. It felt like they were using my prescription to pressure me into buying their preferred product.
