I recently just moved into the Kaufman Building and wooooooweeeee do I love it there!!!!! Between the fabulous rooftop pool, the many unique monthly events that are top notch and the awesome staff (Maureen, Ryan, Greg, jake, connor to name a few) all make it feel like home!!
Really great place to live with a lot of amenities
Kaufmann's is a fantastic place to live for many reasons -- friendly staff, fun activities, animal-friendly, tons of amenities, well-maintained building. And a very responsive maintenance staff, thank you Larry!!
We loved our time at Kaufmann’s!! We only left as we relocated out of state. The staff was always welcoming, friendly and accommodating, in both the office and the concierge. The events were always unique and amazing!! I loved that diversity of the other tenants, from age, race and ethnicity everyone was welcome. The apartment and building are beautiful and well maintained. I found maintenance to be super responsive and kind. I have been here 5 months and toured many apartments before making my decision. I am so happy, every day, that I chose Kaufmann's!!! The amenities, the staff, the event planning, and the cleanliness are second to none!!! 5 stars 5 times over!!!
