The combustion trap was broken for a month, which allowed hydrogen sulfide to leak into the apartment. I had to submit more than 5 maintenance requests before the maintenance team finally figured out what was going on. Additionally, when I raised this issue with the management team, I received no assistance or compensation for the time I was forced to vacate the apartment.
Don’t do it…. While the outside looks absolutely wonderful, this building is the definition of lack luster. Positives: the people who live here are so wonderful, and the rooftop is honestly something to be adored. It has gorgeous views and the pool is a great amenity in the summer. Negatives: Nothing is included in your rent, and they will use unethical business practices to charge you wherever they can. I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed every minute. The location The building and the staff are truly best in class. I recently had a very complex issue with my shower and was absolutely amazed at how it was handled by the building. The communication was excellent to keep me updated on the progress to completion and the maintenance crew of Harold and Larry did an amazing job of ensuring that everything got done properly. Really appreciate this building in the way they handle their tenants.
i’ve lived here the past couple years, the staff is wonderful. the apartments are well-kept, maintenance responds immediately. waking up to free coffee in the lobby and a swimming pool on my roof has been an absolute blessing!
