I had an appointment to have my Son’s tired looked at which I purchased from Mavis. I was there three hours and all the could tell me was they looked at the tires and found nothing wrong with them. Was told we need new struts and 4 new tires. One tire has damage that can not be repaired. Called and told them the tires had 30k and road hazard... was told they would look into it. They called us back and said “oh we repaired the bad tire and you don’t need four new tires... that was just a suggestion. Picked the car up and it smelled horrible... went and talked to the manager on Monday am..... “your car was mistaken with someone else’s. I've been patronizing Kaufman Tire going on 15 yrs. The location I went to today, I've been doing business with for 5 yrs or so. Walt is always a pleasure to deal with, but was off today. (( I have custom rims and tires on my 92 Prelude & my 99 Civic, and only want Greg or a gentleman who has worked there since this dealership opened to touch my vehicles.))
