RecommendedSteven was awesome, So was the mechanic that did our alignment! Thank you all again for getting us back on the road to Orlando and back home to Alabama. 🙌
I have had two terrible experiences at this location which is unfortunate considering the exceptional service I receive in my hometown Kauffman Tire. The first time I visited Kauffman Tire in Gainesville was to receive a tire alignment. They printed out photos and essentially told me there wasn't much more they could do past minor alignments, but charged me nonetheless. They claimed they completed a tire alignment to the best extent but, when I visited my hometown Kauffman Ti... Continue Reading
RecommendedKauffman tire was quick, polite, and upfront. truly a testament to customer service!
Recommendedthese guys are amazing! I will never take my truck anywhere else for any service that they offer here. They really know how to take care of their customers and everytime I leave I'm amazed at how far above and beyond they've gone!
NO I would not recommend! REFUSING to change a flat tire for someone that has a fleet contract because of no appointment.... Really? Horrible business practice!!
I went in for front brakes and would up needing brakes and rotors. Great service, great staff and affordable fast repair! I’ll be going back!
Went in to get a flat tire repaired and they couldn’t fix it so instead they put my spare on for me so I could make it home. Went back the next day after making an appointment online for 2 tires and was there about 15 mins early and they had me out in less than an hour even though they were busy. Definitely will be doing more business with them in the future.
I love coming here! Always so professional, well informed, & informative. Thanks for treating Koo well on her 1st visit. Her brother, Swamp Dragon, has been into Kaufman many times. Note, I saw 2 walk-ins have to make appointments for tomorrow. Make an appointment! Everyone knows they’re that good.
