One Star. Poor service. I called in advance to have 2 tires mounted and balance (I had the tires) and an alignment. I was told to just bring it in. I dropped off vehicle at 10am. At 2pm, called to check the status. was told it was not done, but will be done by 5pm. stopped in at 4:45, vehicle was still not touched. told them I was picking up my car and it didn't looks like it was touched. I'm From Valdosta,GA, My wife was down in Gainesville,Fl At the Hospital with a Flat tire,New tire With extra Warranty and they said they can't get to me due to all their appointments they have Today,and they dont have the tire and have to order it I own a Business and I would'nt allow my employees to conduct their self like this,I would have fired them

I made an appointment online to have a tire repaired and recieved a call 3 hours later telling me that I would need to reschedule due to lack of staff. I would suggest that you take your business elsewhere.
The service and customer care quality has declined greatly. It used to have a great service, but the last two times I took my car there was very unpleasant... I had to return twice and wait for a very long time. Finally, I have a tight schedule due to my job, so I made a reservation for an oil change in my free spot time. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of time and I was told that I would have to wait almost 2 hours for them to start working on my car ... so why make a reservation?
