I am so impressed by Kauffman Tire's customer service. This is who I chose for the oil & brake change. (Rome Location) They close at 6 pm, but I had booked a 5pm (the latest they offer) appointment. I knew I was going to be 10 minutes late and advised of that, but they did not make a big deal of it and told me they would see me then. I arrived at 5:10 pm and the incredibly welcoming tech took my info/checked my vehicle.
