Great attitude great service
customer service. and quality work. They mounted 4 tires for me on Saturday. Sunday i noticed tire was low and found the valve stem leaking. i filled tire and went back to Kauffman. The lady said, " I'm sorry we can't help you." I repeated, "my tire is going down right now from a valvestem leak from where you mounted the tires yesterday. And she replied, "sorry, come back tomorrow." SOL basically..... some customer service....
4 people standing around 1 tire being patched. Was told it would be 30 minutes. I'm still standing here 45 minutes later watching 1 tire being patched. I'll walk before I go back.
Went in to get my tire checked cause the air was low... they fixed it quickly and was friendly!
I was on an outing with my twin girls and had a flat tire when we came out of the store we were shopping at. With no spare in the back, Kaufmann was the only tire shop open and I am glad. They were AMAZING with their customer service and professionalism. Clean store, smiling faces and a kids area that kept my twin girls occupied while I dealt with the situation. Thank you guys so much for making what could've been a stressful situation actually a pleasant one.
