Made appointment for alignment and balance on tires I purchased from Kaufman. Was 20 minutes late taking vehicle back to bay. Another Twenty five minutes later came out to say alignment was only slightly out. I asked about balance and he told me I didn’t ask for balance. Continued to argue with me. Dropped my van off at 8am for a simple oil change. Come back after 4 and it's still not done. This isn't the 1st time they have inconvenienced me but it will definitely be the last!
They've always treated me with the utmost respect, are quick and friendly, too.

I seriously can't believe they tried to hook me. I left my car here at 10am for tires, brakes, and activities diagnosis. 4 pm rolls around and they haven't even started my car. My husband told them to forget the ac we will take it somewhere else to actually get fixed. We get there at 5:30 after they close when it is suppose to be done and they are putting the new tires on.
