These guys completely screwed up my vehicle. Was running perfectly fine, just needed new brakes and an oil change. The first time I left the shop, from the second I I left it was obvious something was wrong with my vehicle. The brakes ended up seizing up on me the day after I got the brake work done. They claimed it was another part that failed, and fixed that at my cost. My car now stops fine, but dies randomly. I have been to this location twice and have been treated with nothing but excellent customer service. The second time they were extremely busy but still was able to get my car in and done correctly. I will be going back when I need more tires. Great experience at this location.

Highly recommend Mavis Discount tires. Priced the area and they are the best in town. Honest, helpful and good customer service. Don't want to come back, but I will when work is needed.
They took me in right away when I got there an hour early. I am still using maps to get around New Port Richey.

I ALWAYS take my car for the TLC she needs that isn't warranty stuff... This last visit was for new sneakers. They had to be ordered but arrived the next morning. The GM, Brian, is awesome and always right on top of things, and the mechanic, Robert, put up with me, my questions, and my poking around. :) An elderly man came in thinking he had a fuel line leak that was dripping on his exhaust.
