ALWAYS professional and friendly. Staff remembers you and never push unnecessary services.
Go elsewhere. I've had a slow leak in my tire and took it to this location to be checked out and repaired. After 1+ hour wait, they claimed to find nothing wrong. The next day, the tire pressure was low by 8 lbs. I took my car to Quantum Mechanics nearby. They immediately found a nail and made the repair. When I mentioned the response from Kauffman Tire, I was told 'they didn't look very hard!'
While the tire patch being free is great and all, don't ever plan on waiting for your car. I'm currently waiting 80+ minutes for my 30 minute tire patch. Just awful.
