The Church Street location needs to hire skilled people. People who know how to work on cars. I had service from this location twice and each time, something went wrong with my car after I paid for it because the person who worked on the car did not do something correct. Service sucks!!
The staff is nice however the service is very slow and the appointment time is not honored. My appointment was 9:30am; my car is still not serviced it is 1:30pm.
One of my wife's tires had a puncture so she took it in. Store was crazy busy and she couldn't wait hours just for a patch so she left it. Three days later, and without any call from them, she went to get it put back on her car and it was still sitting on the floor behind the front desk. After asking why she has to fill her tires up with air every few months, they responded with, "well, you bought cheap tires". Um, they sold the tires to us. Great first few visits, but once they just forgot my car was there and it just got worse from then on out. I recommended them to my roommate because I thought that was an isolated event, but they ended up performing the wrong service on her car and I was mortified. Thinking THAT was a fluke I went in today to get my oil changed. Brought my car into an almost empty store at 10am and was asked if I could leave it. Said I have to be in Snellville by 1pm; was told NP, can have it ready by noon, even got some recommendations for somewhere to get breakfast and left the keys. Come back from Starbucks 2hrs later and there it sits w/ the donut still on, so here I am at almost 1pm in agonizing suspense wondering if I'll get where I need to go on time. Came here last week for new tires. They did not replace the valve stems which is part of the service. Returned to get what I paid for and they want me to wait behind other customers for 3 hours to complete the job they should have done correctly the first time. Very frustrated and disappointed. The same thing happened with another vehicle I brought to this location. I'm insane for expecting different results.
I bought 4 NEW tires and today need my spare. WHERE is IT??? NOT in my car!!
