Bought brand new tires at the end of 2016 and have had nothing but trouble with Kauffman tire!! Have been back four times for the alignment they did and three times for tires. They replaced one tire about 5000 miles ago and today I am told two of the tires are bad. I will never ever go back to Kauffman tire after I need another new set!!
They used to be OK I thought , I sent my 17 year old daughter over there to get a leak checked out , granted I was already going to buy new tires for her jeep , I was shopping around , there was a nail in her sidewall and the lady at the counter said as long as it wasn't leaking bad to go ahead and drive it , what kind of people are these , all they wanted to do Is sell her 4 new tires , my daughter knows very little about vehicles and I couldn't be reached so she left , my question is , are they so dumb that they couldn't h... read more
I went in and they repaired my flat tire for free. They offer great customer service. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend that if you're in the area you go by and see them.
Been three times since July. Tire that I purchased new from this location was leaking air. I was told that the tire sensor was bad the first time. (Even though I have a new vehicle)2nd time I was told it was because of the temperature. Finally third time a different technician found the nail in my tire. Teddy who was working at the counter was completely disrespectful and condescending to my husband and I. Acted as if there was nothing wrong with tire. Worst customer service ever at this location. I am a long time customer. After waiting 3.5 hours for oil change and rotation, the car was moved but nothing done on it. NO explanation NO apology.
They do not take customer in order of arrival I do not know what the policy is I know that people that came in after me got done sooner
Worst customer service. They "lost" my appointment twice, and then called me a liar in front of multiple employees and customers. After proving the call history when making the appointment, I wasn't offered an apology or a resolution to wasting part of 2 of my weekends. I will never go back, and never recommend any one to this location. Pathetic. The man behind the counter needs to learn customer service, and to not call a customer a liar. Had my oil changed on Saturday, woke up Sunday to find a puddle of oil under my Jeep. The drain plug was finger tight! Not happy at all. This is the second Kauffman tire that has drained my jeep of its oil...TWICE!!!
