I had a 3:00 appointment today for a patch for tire. I was told it would be ready within 90 minutes. At 4:45, I asked for my keys back. My vehicle had not been moved from the space where I parked it. I drove across hwy 400 to the express tire, where I was greeted immediately and they began working on my tire within 5 minutes.
they would rather let 76 year old woman on oxygen be stuck on the side of the road than to fix a leak in the tire. go to Big tire automotive. they rock!!!

Had bad customer service about a month ago, called corporate also, no one ever called like I was told they would. I miss the old team there, they were great.
Came for help with patching my tire... got no services done, but still eating 5 star simply because of William! His energy and empathy was amazing! Very nice and gave me really good advice, didnt act annoyed like I was waisting his time or like i was a non paying customer. Keep william always!
Worst customer service ever! Rude and incompetent. Expect a 2 to 3 hour wait and do NOT expect it to be right. They don't seem to want anyone coming in for anything if it's 2 hours before closing. They will either tell you they don't have time or ignore you.
These guys went beyond my expectations. I was treated respectfully and it took about 45 minutes to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I’m sure all of them are great, but I had Zack Sams work on mine. I will definitely be back!!
Absolutely terrible! I went to have two tires replaced and a patch done. They took off the wrong tires! One of the tires was only a few months old and had great tread. It was also the tire that was to be patched. I asked the man at the front desk what was causing the leak and I was told it was a nail. The service slip even showed the repair being done. Why would you patch a leak on a tire that was never put back on the vehicle? I was told I would get a free tire for the trouble. I waited 45 mins while I was getting the probl... read more
