Don't know anything about the service they provide. But whoever's driving their trucks with their logo on them Doing 85 in a 65mph zone riding people's butts on the interstate, is very unprofessional. When you own or work for a business, carrying yourself well, in all aspects of that business is important.
This company has extremely poor follow-through. We’ve been facing a problem since January, and it’s now May, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. When I visited their location to ask for the office manager, she never came out. The operations manager promised to take care of the issue, but I’m still waiting. I moved to Kauffman Co. for pricing, but I’m not satisfied with their service. They are so unorganized it’s one excuse after the other. I don’t know who to speak with for resolution.
