My husband and I visited last week. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I liked every sample that I tried. The coffee was great. We loved the tour and everyone was very friendly. We bought 5 bags and they asked if we would like to ship it home, of course we said yes And it arrived before we got home.
We did the self-guided walking tour! Very interesting!! Back at the store & museum there was a nice patio/seating area where we could sample the different varieties of coffee, sit & watch the video! All in all, a great tour & fun place to spend our afternoon!! I highly recommend visiting!! While working with the company, I try my best to do the job so to make it more accredited and better coffee company ever.. every Saturday I went to the Visitor Center to buy the sweet and tasty blended Mocha which comes to be my favorite.!! I highly recommend Kauai coffee to be my daily taste..!!
Very slow customer service had to wait 15 minutes just for one scoop of ice cream. Will I go again yes maybe next time it'll be better..

Peggy was the best very friendly nice place! Love the smell of the coffee ☕️. Great banana ice cream nice shopping area. Can't be any fresher than the Kauai Coffee Plantation.
Stopped by before we flight back to Los Angeles. Samples was great.
Beautiful location, huge variety of samples, great deals on coffee purchases, nice handicapped accessible walking tour, delicious snack bar, and love the gift shop too. Kid friendly, spot for kids to hang out while parents sample coffee.
Excellent place to visit with the friendliest staff and the most delicious coffee around!!🌸🤙🏻🌺
