Your customer service is phenomenal! About a year ago I was having trouble with the pods exploding in my Keurig, so I reached out to make customer service aware of the issue. Since that time I have received an apology letter and multiple letters thanking me for my loyalty, and I don’t know how many boxes and pounds of coffee. Beautiful Property, Very Visitor Friendly. Staff was Very friendly and helpful, and our tour guide ( Loke ) was Very thorough, knowledgeable and Personable. The gift shop was neat and well stocked, and with great prices on all merchandise ������
