Yeah, Katz's Deli is usually overrun with tourists, but it's also one of the city's most cherished icons, and, hell, the food isn't half bad, either.
These hot dogs are most often griddle cooked, giving the exterior a nice burnishing and the skin plenty of snap and bite.
