RecommendedThe absolutely BEST of the BEST corned beef, pastrami and reuben sandwiches on the face of the Earth !! It doesn't get any better, and Katz's Delicatessen's prices are more than reasonable for what you get. Personally, I would rate Katz's Delicatessen a ten-star deli.

don't stop in just to check the place out. there is no explanation given on entry and if you don't buy food and lose your ticket the bouncers will detain you. They are lucky I didn't file charges for kidnapping.
