Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I have had poor vision since I was a child and I have been a contact lens wearer for 45 years and never had 20/20 vision even with correction. In the last 5 years I have had to wear a combination of bifocal lenses, regular lenses and glasses all at the same time. I had no idea what I was missing until I had the cataract surgery from Dr. Katzman. Dr. Katzman operated on both my eyes for cataracts; the first one in early August and the second last week. For the first time in 22 years I'm able to read print on the back of a package, work on the computer, complete crossword puzzles and read a telephone book. I'm ecstatic! Dr. Katzman is very approachable and attentive, and it's not beneath him to answer the office phone...something I find great because he puts you completely at ease.=.
