So I needed my tires replaced today and went to Katz Tire on Memorial Drive. A guy named James helped me. I couldn't have been more pleased! Hands down best customer service and Tire place in town! First off Instead of just doing what I said and taking my money he seen I had 2 gently used tires in the back (I didn't think would work) and told me what he thought would be my better option. fast friendly service .lot higher on there prices
When I was looking for a pair of tires no one around had tires to fit my truck. They all wanted to order them and have them put on at a later date. I called Katz. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He didn’t have the exact size but said he had another tire slightly different size that would work. He said they were in stock and quoted me a price. I liked the price he gave me and told him to hold them that I would stop over when I get off work. Twenty minutes after I got there I was done and on my way. Thank You.
Went in late on a Friday in hopes of getting something scheduled within the next week. They fit me right in for same day tires. I don’t live in Lancaster so it was a relief to not have to make a second trip. Very affordable.
I was in a pinch needed couple tires to get me through until tax time . BillKatz hooked me up with a killer deal!! Even had me back on the road in twenty minutes!!! Definitely be back!!!
These guys are AWESOME! So sweet, great customer service and fast! I’ll never go anywhere else. 12/10 recommend.
