James w/ the Lancaster, Ohiolocation provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE on 7/25/20, a Saturday after hours⭐️. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to when I was supposed to be there due to him ordering tires that day & received same day⭐️. I called at 3:20p (he answered)⭐️ I did not know they closed @ 3p, he said come on in and he would take care of everything⭐️. I said we can schedule for next week, he insisted I bring it in. Had my daughter go get her new tires mounted and balanced yesterday. They told her they were the incorrect wheels for her truck but they weren’t. They only balanced 1 of 4 tires, wish I would have had her wait and go when my normal tire shop opened Monday! But she was excited to put new wheels and tires on her truck. Very unprofessional at this shop, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Always extremely fast work. Same day service and knowledgeable. Even if something isn’t in stock, they can get it quickly.
