Wonderful doctor. I have recommended him to all my expecting friends. He is gentle with my daughters and patient. My 7year old whispered to me that she had to go potty when he had just walked in the room. He heard her and told her he would wait, which he did, while we left and came back. What doctor does that?!
Been a patient many years, and never asked for a thing from Dr. Katz. As soon as I needed to speak with him concerning my son, I was told he has too many other patients and cannot talk, after 3 prior attempts. Pragmatically, give someone thousands of dollars for years, you expect they will take your call. As a supposedly empathetic person, I would think he would care enough to want to hear about my son, but no, it's just a job for him. If you're looking for "chain restaurant" type service-Dr. Katz is your man!
Dr Katz himself I feel amazing--- thoughtful, caring and very insightful. The PAs have been several but all have been good. Nurses were more variables but good. The scheduling and office staff are why we left this practice. Can often have a rude tone or be less than helpful on a good day and make your day worse on a bad one. For years we tolerated it but the new found both great dr and great staff at another provider.
He has always been friendly and knowledgeable.
Disappointed!
