The customer service is horrible. The person who takes orders over the phone is rude and obnoxious. No desire to be helpful over the phone and when you ask for a manager, he said there was none and that he didn’t have time to help me anymore because it’s “too busy”. Wow! I hope that you consider staffing your establishment with people who enjoy serving the public instead of feeling inconvenienced by them.
Excellent food and service every time I’ve been there. Love the country feel inside. So warm and cozy! Highly recommend!!
Many times you can gauge the quality of a place you’ve never visited by the people waiting to get in. We had 2 groups ahead of us, but only waited around 10 minutes. They have a very diverse menu, and all the meals in our party were excellent. We live over an hour away, but happened to be in San Raymon, what a happy accident, of finding this place.
